Nuella Joseph has spent more than 36 years in nursing — from bedside care to medical records coordination. She knows how care is delivered, how it is documented, where the gaps hide, and what the records reveal about what really happened.
She founded Fountain of Dignity Health Advocacy, LLC on a simple conviction: every person deserves to be cared for with dignity, and every story told by medical records deserves to be read by someone who truly understands them.

For families, that mission means warm, trustworthy in-home care that honors the dignity of every senior we serve. For attorneys, it means meticulous, confidential review of medical records — chronologies, merit assessments, and plain-language summaries delivered on deadline.
